After obtaining his degree Simon went on to work as a Construction Site Manager for some of the Countries top Main Contractors, gaining 15 years’ experience and a wide array of capabilities in the industry. He is a fully certified Site Manager, has worked on Projects up to £15m and is currently an Incorporate of the CIOB.
In April 2018 after working as the Project Coordinator for Hammerson on the £185m Westquay South Development Simon joined Beatties and currently manages complex multi-disciplined Projects for us. His experience in resolving construction details and man management has assisted Beatties in creating environments and products for clients which exceeded their expectations. Simon has a great ability to pre-empt problems on Projects and so mitigates impacts on cost and programme and improves the finished product.
He is an excellent communicator and is passionate about forming positive working relationships with Clients, Sub Contractors and colleagues.
